Lets be honest, most of the cats in this pic are suspect MCs at best. But, since the subtitle says "Hip Hop's Next Superstars" - I'll give XXL the benefit of the doubt. Superstars aren't always talented. Just look at Young Jeezy...or Paris Hilton.

na im not feeling this at all.. everyone but lupe joel and crooked i (which is barely even known) are all insignificant rappers . they havent done anything good for hiphop.there is no new school its done. i have to ecsape the these lame ol rappers by listening TO THE "REAL" Leaders Of The New School and de la and the tribe because of rappers like this .and im a teenager all my rap is before my time yet its ahead of "this" time. im not even trying to hate so ill save my words.but all i have to say for them is to keep getting money man.even though this magazine cover is complete nonsense.
